Refund and Returns Policy

At Bush Tracks, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand your options for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Window and Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Only products in new condition are eligible for return or exchange.

Customers must contact us at contact@bushtracks.com.au to request return authorization and instructions before sending any item back.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window. Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we will process the exchange as requested.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A short description of the issue

Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Items not in new condition

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
