Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, so you can expect your order within 4–9 business days in total. Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST on a business day are processed the same day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is free on orders over $70 AUD. Orders under $70 AUD and oversized items (such as large water jerry cans or tarps) may attract a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or remote areas?
We can ship to most Australian addresses including PO Boxes. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than the standard timeframe. Additional charges may apply for some remote locations.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Afterpay (buy now, pay later in 4 instalments). All transactions are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at contact@bushtracks.com.au if you need to make a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
Contact us immediately at contact@bushtracks.com.au. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update the address. We cannot redirect parcels once they've left our warehouse.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, Bush Tracks gift cards are available in the store and can be used on any order at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@bushtracks.com.au. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at contact@bushtracks.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is faulty or we made an error, we'll cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Pre-Orders & Stock
What does "pre-order" mean?
Some products are available for pre-order when stock is incoming but not yet available to ship. Pre-order items will show an estimated dispatch date on the product page. Your card is charged at the time of purchase, and your order will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives.
An item I want is out of stock — will it come back?
We regularly restock popular items. If a product is out of stock, you can contact us at contact@bushtracks.com.au to ask about restock timelines or to be added to a waitlist.
