At Bush Tracks, we pride ourselves on delivering quality outdoor and adventure gear quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be dispatched, delivered, and tracked.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days from our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Cut-off Times: Orders placed before 12:00 pm (AEST) on a business day will typically begin processing the same day.
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:
Metropolitan Areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Regional Areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Remote & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Please note these are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier schedules, seasonal demand, and other unforeseen factors.
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Your order may be shipped with Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex or other reliable couriers depending on your location and order size.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can use this tracking number to follow your delivery every step of the way via the carrier’s website.
If you don’t receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.
International Shipping: We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available.
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Bush Tracks is not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather events, public holidays).
If your order is significantly delayed, our team will assist in tracking and resolving the issue with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.
For missing deliveries, please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us, as some carriers may experience delays.
