Once your order is placed on our website, processing begins promptly. For your convenience, please review the schedule:

Transit Time: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed before 03:00 PM (GMT+10) Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and order details. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link. A final email notification will be sent once your order is delivered.

For orders under $50 AUD, shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier’s live rates.
Shipping prices may vary depending on your delivery suburb, parcel size, and carrier availability.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders $50 and above: Free shipping
If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please:
Confirm that the shipping address is correct
Check around your residence, including mailrooms and delivery areas
Ask neighbours or household members if they accepted the package
Contact the carrier using your tracking number to initiate a claim
If the package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship the order or issue a refund based on your preference.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email. You may also visit our Order Tracking Page to follow the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
