At Bush Tracks, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping across Australia.
Please review the information below regarding order processing, delivery timeframes, shipping charges, pre-orders, and shipping protection.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
- 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Transit Time
- 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Total Delivery Time
- 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday)
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather events, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST (GMT+10) on business days are generally processed the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link
- Carrier information
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Standard Shipping

Orders over $70 AUD
Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders within Australia. -
Orders under $70 AUD
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on live carrier rates and may vary depending on:- Delivery suburb
- Parcel size and weight
- Carrier availability
The final shipping cost will always be displayed before payment is completed.
*Oversized & Bulky Items
Some larger or heavier products are classified as oversized items and are not eligible for free shipping.
These products incur a flat shipping rate regardless of total order value.
Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed:
- On the product page
- At checkout before payment
If your order contains both standard and oversized products, the oversized shipping rate will apply.
Pre-Order Products
Some products may be available for pre-order before stock arrives at our warehouse.
Placing a pre-order reserves your item from an incoming shipment.
Important Information About Pre-Orders
- Payment is taken at the time the pre-order is placed.
- Estimated arrival timeframes are shown on the product page and are estimates only.
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supplier, customs, or freight delays outside our control.
- Once stock arrives and your order is dispatched, standard processing and transit times apply.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available.
- If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us before dispatch (additional shipping charges may apply).
- Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch.
- Customers are also entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for added peace of mind.
Shipping Protection covers eligible lost or damaged consignments during transit and gives priority processing to customers who have selected this cover.
Customers who do not select Shipping Protection may experience longer investigation and claim processing times with carriers.
Shipping Protection covers:
- Lost consignments
- Damaged consignments or damaged items
It does not cover:
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
- Orders left under Authority To Leave (ATL) instructions
Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions
Lost Consignments
A consignment (your order) will be considered lost where:
- Tracking information is inconclusive after applicable waiting periods; or
- Written confirmation of loss is received from the shipping carrier.
Important Conditions
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- Orders covered by Authority To Leave (ATL) or customer-requested redirection are excluded from cover.
- Lost consignments may be:
- Replaced with the same item
- Replaced with an equivalent item
- Refunded in full
The outcome will be determined at the discretion of Bush Tracks and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law obligations.
Damaged Consignments or Items
A consignment or item will be considered damaged after inspection and assessment by Bush Tracks.
Important Conditions
- Minor wear or cosmetic marks to external packaging caused during normal transit are not considered damage.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims must include clear supporting photos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- Damage sustained
Approved claims may result in:
- Replacement of the item
- Replacement with an equivalent product
- Full or partial refund
The resolution provided will be at the discretion of Bush Tracks and subject to Australian Consumer Law obligations.

We use a range of trusted Australian carriers depending on your delivery location and parcel requirements.
Carrier selection may vary between orders.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Deliveries
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first:
- Confirm your shipping address is correct
- Check around your property and safe delivery areas
- Ask neighbours or household members
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking information
If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, please contact us with your order number so we can assist further.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Carrier disruptions
- Peak sales periods
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Operational delays outside our control
